Meridian: Conception Vessel

Polarity: Yin

Location
On the mid line of the abdomen, approx. 6 cun above the umbilicus, 1 cun below (CV-15) Jiuwei.

Local Anatomy: On the mid-line of the abdomen, 6 cun above the umbilicus or 1 cun below the xiphoid process of the sternum.

Vasculature: The superior epigastric artery and vein.

Innervation: The anterior cutaneous branch of the seventh intercostal nerve.
